Today’s lesson: so apparently my iPod’s earbud is slightly magnetic? Huh.
There’s a magnetic loop in each and every speaker, headphone and earbud. :-)

You should see the magnets that come out of car speakers. Those things are so strong. I tried to pull one off the filing cabinet the other day and it took a lot more oomph than I’d thought it would.
